What we store

Your account details, profile, the jobs, services, orders and messages you create, and a security log of important actions.

Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Payout details are stored masked — only the last characters are kept.

To run the marketplace: matching, payments, notifications, fraud prevention and dispute resolution. We don't sell personal data.

Messages may be checked automatically for off-platform contact details to protect both sides, and reviewed by staff when reported.

This policy is a working draft for the preview launch and will be replaced by a reviewed policy before general availability.
