How Frevia works
Escrow-protected orders
When a client books a service or hires from a proposal, the payment goes into escrow. The freelancer can see the order is funded before starting work.
The client approves the delivery (or asks for an included revision). If the client doesn't respond, the order completes automatically after the review window.
Fees and payouts
Clients pay the listed price. Frevia keeps a service fee from the freelancer's side; the exact rate is shown on every order before work starts.
Earnings clear after a short safety window and can then be withdrawn to the payout method the freelancer added.
Reviews, reports and disputes
Only people who completed an order together can review each other, so ratings reflect real work.
Anything that looks like spam, a scam or abuse can be reported. If an order goes wrong, either side can open a dispute and our team decides on a refund, release or split based on the evidence.
