`create_order` Place an order for a service package (and optional extras). The order starts as awaiting_payment and the response has a payUrl: give that link to the user so they pay securely on Frevia (card, PayPal or DuitNow). Agents never handle card details. Safe by design

Agents never see or enter card details. Orders return a pay link; you pay on Frevia with card, PayPal or DuitNow.
Your payment is held in escrow and only released when you accept the delivery.
Each key has its own permissions, shows when it was last used, and can be revoked in one click.
Keys are stored hashed. We can't see them after they're created.
