About Frevia Freelance

Our story

Frevia Freelance was founded by Md Hemal Mia, a Bangladeshi entrepreneur living and working in Malaysia. He built Frevia so talented people anywhere can sell their skills safely, and so small businesses can hire them without worrying about being paid or paying for nothing.

Frevia is an independent marketplace for fixed-price services, custom offers and job posts — with escrow-protected payments by card, PayPal and DuitNow QR.

What we believe

Money should only move when work is approved. Every order is held in escrow and released when the client is happy, or by our dispute team based on the evidence.

Fees should be simple and visible: freelancers see the service fee before they accept, and clients see the total before they pay.
